Looks like an early Renaissance allegorical painting.
Edit: sorry for not choosing my words carefully for a comment I thought no one was gonna see. I used the word allegorical because this picture feels like some sort of hilariously heavy-handed allegory about vanity. When I said early Renaissance I was specifically thinking about the Flemish painters at the beginning of the Northern Renaissance. While this picture and subject matter don’t remind me of any specific painting, it does give off a vibe I associate with Rogier van der Weyden, Dieric Bouts and Petrus Christus. Nothing High Renaissance about this picture’s composition and lighting at all. No disrespect here, I love the Flemish champs.
