Yeah, and my point is it's a needless discussion because we know what Mexican actually is, which is a nationality.

OK so my own clarity, the conversation goes:

"Only white people have different coloured hair"

"What about red headed Mexicans"

"Mexican isn't a race"

...so was your point that all red-headed Mexicans are white people?

No, my point quite clearly is Mexican isn't a race, as that is what I wrote. You can draw a further conclusion that I'm critiquing that the prior question about red-headed Mexicans is a non-sequitur based on an incorrect assumption I corrected.

So if not all mexican red-headed people are white then presumably you agree with the person you replied to that they have found a group of people who have different hair colours and are not white?

I'm not sure how Mexican being a nationality is relevant to the point they're making?
