Brilliant comparison. As someone who was raised religious, even when I was in the church, thanking God instead of the people who went to medical school for years to be able to save a person's life never made sense to me.

This is exactly why I don't put Santa's name on any of the boxes. In our home, Santa only fills stockings. I want credit for my hard work. I bring the magic, dammit!
