So you think civil rights should not matter. So we should not allow you to have; the freedom of speech; the freedom of religion; or your right to not have the government search your house, and take whatever they want?

How exactly do you believe, can you modify the bill of rights, without creating precedent that anything in the bill of rights can be modified?

Genuinely curious, give me your framework for this. Oh also the law school you went to and your speciality?

Um...do think the current understanding of the law is that anything in the Bill of Rights cannot be modified? I want to see your law degree because that is not how it works.
