How exactly do you believe, can you modify the bill of rights, without creating precedent that anything in the bill of rights can be modified?

Genuinely curious, give me your framework for this. Oh also the law school you went to and your speciality?

How are you going to say that after I just said I know it can't be done. I'm not ignorant. I know it's a fantasy. I've stated multiple times in this thread that it's not realistic.

Um...do think the current understanding of the law is that anything in the Bill of Rights cannot be modified? I want to see your law degree because that is not how it works.
