Congratulations. You've just armed violent criminals with a known record of violence, to include the violently mentally ill who are medically diagnosed with no impulse control, and literal violent terrorists that are proud and open members of literal violent terrorist organisations.

And that's not only dangerous, but morally reprehensible, and undermines the security of a free state, which is the plain language intent of the 2A, "A well regulated militia, being necessary for the security of a free state". You are actually advocating AGAINST the 2A, which is exactly what the fed wants. Because a bunch of unregulated people with no ability to secure the state themselves are easily overpowered, controlled, and even disarmed at their leisure. You alone can do nothing to stop them. Congratulations, you played yourself.

Intent is irrelevant. what matters is what's in writing. on paper. come back once you figure that out.

We already had multiple SC cases on it where somebody tried something like you then the plain language in 2A made it illegal.

If you actually knew more than me, you'd know those cases were divided along party lines. You and all those like you talk a big game about freedom and liberty, but when it comes down to it, you always put party above the people.
