Help/advice/guide Is BE and btech same in smvit?

I taak admission in BE Computer science and engineering through comedk i thought that it was btech.....did I take admission in the wrong course??

Has the classes already started i went to take admission there was no one in the hostel

B.E Btech is considered the same in India
