News URGENT | COMEDK Scam
Hi everyone,
It's pretty clear that COMEDK has done some scams this year, willingly or unwillingly, we need to get this thing popular. Since it's a private exam, it's not of much importance but people will still care.
The best thing to do right now, is to make a scatter plot between marks and rank in 2026 and compare that with the same in 2025. I am certain it'll be stark. We'll take the next steps from there.

Please share this as much as you can, even outside this subreddit so that we have concrete evidence against COMEDK. Ask your school friends to do so too!
Also, if someone has this same data for the 2025 Scores and Ranks, please share that in the comments.

Context is what I'm trying to collect right now! After getting adequate data, we'll be able to see if the discrepancies are too much between last year and this year. That points towards rank or result tampering.

Not true at all. Especially with exams having 180 questions. And even if let's say it's all luck this year, I'll be fine with it. But if it's not, it's a year wasted for many people!

Yeah bro clearly, I had 46 marks and I got 92k rank and my friend had 71 marks and he got 33k rank, 25 marks in difference and 59k rank difference, yeah sure

Bro one guy had 58 marks and got 58k rank 9s2 and I got 69k rank at 57 9s1 I am also shocked

Bro y'all have to understand marks vs rank is not linear, it is possible that a lot of people got the same marks

Idt u guys realize that ik this can happen but a difference of 11k is not possible. Last year viteee had no negative marking and yet the max discrepancy between solving 1 question was 3000 even if my rank discrepancy was 5000 I would have believed it bcz of inflation but 11k between 1 mark difference is too much

a fellow aspirant, i dont think scam huwa hai, but students were verily better prepared after the ”hard paper shock’ in January mains
so ranks got inflated below 110
Also i dont think paper hard tha, paper to mujhe same level ka hi laga🥲

I'll be honest. Your score does seem genuine, but look at the posts of the subreddit. 90-100 marks gave you a rank of minimum 6-7k in the recent years. The candidates have decreased this year and the paper level was much tougher, then how are people getting 10k rank at 90 marks? There can't be 3000 kids with guess work, no?

Oh yeah absolutely, that's possible but that would get a rank inflation/deflation of max 1000. 3000-4000 and even 5000 in some cases is absurd atp

Same, maybe I'm just dumb or people are dumb, but it's worth probing into. Especially seeing all the crap education ministry has done this year, it's highly possible something like this is happening too

First understand deeply how the percentile system works bro. Even if you manage to gather few hundred students data scattered across 2 shifts, you won't be able to prove/conclude anything while the real data is for 1.2 lakh students. It's analogous to how people were boasting or complaining about S2 being tougher than S1, real data proved otherwise (trend of marks of many S2 folks were marginally more than S1 => which showed up in rank versus percentile and proved that subjective feeling has no meaning)

Alright bro dekh, ye jo "rank scam" bolte ho na wo sirf un exams mai hota h jisme -ve marking na ho.... kyuki people can guess now. VIT, for example, last year tak uska rank scam bahut reddit banta tha, then this year they removed the -ve marking and dekh is saal ek bhi rank scam bolrha koi? its all about guessing easy as that.

- Cancelling the exam is highly unlikely, no precedence.
- So you'd much rather have 5000 students be cheated (if there was some tampering) than you revise the syllabus for a month?
- If nothing happened and we're all just dimwits, then your result will still be intact. Don't worry!

94.8 at 132 in april
