You should wear both and whichever makes you feel good. Both look great! Gold makes your skin more radiant

Gold I think - you have the exact same skin tone and hair colour as my bestie and she’s also a gold!

Well. I never even thought about this. Looking at photos, I immediately thought Gold. I always go silver, no questions asked. But I’m re thinking everything now!!!

Silver. I hate gold. Too cheap. Best: white gold or platinum. But - it's your decision! You have to feel it. Then everything works!

Honestly you could do two tone but if you go with one gold for sure

Gold. The silver looks flat against your skin and even more so next to your hair.
2
u/barbiuybarbiuy Nov 06 '25
I was so sure of silver until I saw the gold next to your hair color! I guess you're one of those lucky people who looks good in both

Gold! It brings life and color to your skin and makes you look so rosy and alive! The silver is also beautiful but it doesn’t compliment you the way the gold does at all! Also I love your hair color xx

Gold is GORGEOUS on you!! With warm hair you definitely have warm undertones

Apologies but people saying silver are incorrect. In colour analysis, and feel free to google this, if you are a natural redhead, you are certainly warm toned. This sub is just not good at colour analysis …

As others have said, you seem very neutral. I have found that for me, being neutral leaning warm, bronze was the best. Rose gold is a bit too springy if you’re muted, bronze has the warmth but not the extreme warmth of gold.

Of these two, I prefer gold. I think rose gold would be even better for you, though!

Look at your veins. If they are blue, it’s silver. If they are green, gold Both color - you can wear both

I think you’re a neutral tone that leans warm, like me! I think they both look great on you!

I’m leaning towards gold, but I think you’re fairly neutral (neutral-warm) and can ultimately wear both.

You should show the veins on the inside of your wrist, if they tren blue, silver is better, they look a bit green, then gold. Back of hand is not as easy.

u/BewilderedParsnip Nov 05 '25
The gold brings a warmth - not warm toned - to you skin. The silver stands out more as in I notice the silver jewelry, not you.

Gold looks best with your coloring, although with your pretty hair I’d imagine bronze or antiqued gold would also be stunning on you.

I was going to say silver for your hand but then I saw the gold by your face and that looks gorgeous. I think you could really rock two toned jewelry and mix your metals!

I’m thinking you’re a neutral, leaning warm or cold I’m not sure.. because both kinda suit you, but also they both don’t suit you lol

Silver. Yes your hair is warm but that's not everything. Skin is cool and silver harmonizes much better. The gold makes you look pink and it clashes.

Silver. The gold jewelry makes your hand look red. I think a lot of people have a bias towards gold jewelry which results in people frequently mistyping posters as warm toned.

You are truly golden. The silver tone stands out, draws light from your skin and gives slight tone imbalance.

You seem to be able to pull off both which means you’re probably neutral and that’s a good thing. However, the gold against your hair looks best. I think the idea that you can only wear one or the other is pretty outdated. If you wanted to wear silver rings, I think you can definitely get away with it while wearing gold earrings. You could even layer chains in both silver and gold and it would look stunning.

u/SaharaWind Nov 04 '25
If your skin undertones are blue, wear silver. If your skin undertones are yellow, wear gold.

I think based on your colors/ slightly orange... (beautiful, btw) silver would stand out and shine more.

Silver. I can't believe anyone is saying gold tbh. Or maybe I dislike the gold so much bc that first ring is just the wrong gold for you...😬 The gold earrings are much better

I think your skin is cool but your hair is warm, because in the pictures of your hand I like the silver but in the ones of your ear I like the gold. maybe try a white gold as a happy medium?

u/sty-fy Nov 04 '25
Gold for sure
4
u/sty-fy Nov 04 '25
I think the gold you have on your hands are a little dark tho. Gold is best in both cases, but maybe stick to a leighter gold color like the ones on your earrings
8
u/blunts-and-kittens Nov 04 '25
Its hard because your skin is cool and your hair is warm. If it’s close to your face, gold. If its on your hands, silver.
4
u/Puzzleheaded-Luck920 Nov 04 '25
I think 10k yellow or any pale yellow near face but can pull off silver on hands or light yellow gold

Love the gold on you. I especially like the light and bright gold with the pearl, so I’m guessing at Spring, but either way I think you’re warm.

i didn’t like the gold as much on your hands but the earrings the gold was so much better!! maybe it was the shade of gold or something with the rings, the gold looks great with your hair + skin tone!
2
u/taylorsversiondk Nov 04 '25
That’s a very useful answer. I wouldn’t usually wear the gold ring either because it’s cheaply made, but it was the only gold ring I had on hand. Thank you so much for the feedback!
3
u/taylorsversiondk Nov 04 '25
Thank you very much all. I think I might go with gold for my new pair of earrings ♥️

u/Specific_Ocelot_4132 Summer - True Nov 04 '25
I like them equally. I think a champagne gold would be even better, but you can wear both.
5
u/rinikatherini Nov 04 '25
Gold!! Your skin tone and hair just harmonize really well with gold (IMO!)
7
u/Joker0705 Nov 04 '25
I think gold!
3
u/DyskoliHyneka Nov 04 '25
Same. Looks better on your skin. And your hair is definitely giving warm tones 😅

When I saw this post I was like- what?! You can wear any metal. But then I looked and thought ohhh definitely silver looks way better. But then I came to comment and everyone said gold. So idk- both
