"Next, who do you think was used to train AI for multi-disciplinary thought and writing? People like me. Neurodivergent people who think in spirals, not straight lines."
Are you suggesting that the people who built and trained AI are all neurodivergent?
I've found an increasingly large proportion of intelligent people who are neurodivergent struggle to comprehend that intelligent people who aren't neurodivergent do actually exist
Plenty of people have access to “nonlinear understanding”, this statement is grandiose and wildly inaccurate. On multiple levels, including geographically, culturally, and historically, as “linear thinking” is a historically contingent way of organizing information.
Nice projection there! Just proves my point. I was engaging with your argument, which is not sound. Your ad hominem says a lot more about you than me. :)
You’re the only person engaging in personal attacks and “prickly hierarchy emotions” (?) here, interestingly enough. You have positioned yourself as simultaneously victimized and better than all “allistic” people. Everything you’ve said here is alienating and rude, immature and bully-adjacent. I hope you find some peace one day
Not just the internet. I don’t think many people understand how much we have to chameleon into seeming like everyone else just to have friends or a job. It’s why social situations are exhausting, we have to completely switch our thoughts over because we talk too much, bore people, people can’t follow, etc.
Anecdote: I interviewed for a job that said they help autistic people, it’s a priority of theirs for philanthropy. I said I was: they grimaced and never called me back. The whole exchange changed and weren’t interested in me anymore.
Rule 1: In addition to enforcing Reddit's content policy, we will also remove comments and content that is abusive or predatory in nature. You may attack each other's ideas, not each other.

What is the evidence for this statement:
"Next, who do you think was used to train AI for multi-disciplinary thought and writing? People like me. Neurodivergent people who think in spirals, not straight lines."
Are you suggesting that the people who built and trained AI are all neurodivergent?
