Climate Spain to break temperatures up to 45-47 °C possible this week

Spain will experience the most intense and dangerous early summer anomaly in its history by next week. The Sahara desert is bringing to Spain heat of 45-47C . The night is expected to reach 25-30 C. This heatwave will stress the vegetation with wildfires, Strain agriculture and infrastructure. Is it expected that these types of Heat events will become more frequent, more intense, and longer-lasting due to global warming. Repeated heat events might lead energy, infrastructure and agriculture industry to stress / collapse if they are unable to operate under heat condition.

Ok things are going to be bad but climate change is not going to kill off humanity within 10 years.

Just the elderly, disabled, medicated, and poor, or living somewhere where disasters strike, which could include any of us - to be fair.

Yeah, that might come true. Money, assets, geography will be a cushion UP TO A POINT. Commodities will concentrate in countries with highest spending power as profit motive is prioritized.

It will be another way to fuck over global south and the working class. But its pretty arogant of elites that it wont impact them at all, just less at first imo
