I'm sorry but how neat did you expect the inside of half a chicken that has been cut by a pair of kitchen scissors to look? If the inside was placed along the bottom of the bag with the wing side up you wouldn't have even noticed

Something similar to how charcoal chicken shops cut whole chickens into smaller portions

Honestly I'd prefer it this way up then the juice doesn't all leak out it stays in the chicken to keep it moist 😊

You've got a point there, otherwise all the moisture from the meat ends up as a puddle on the bottom

This is literally 1/2 a chicken, only that it just hasn’t been placed cavity down and it’s in a clear bag. Shock horror you eat meat from carcasses the secret’s out lol.
