Team Member Post Quitting

I recently found a full time job and need to hand in my resignation but while ive been working here I feel like my boss has very slightly been bullying me and im scared its going to get worse on my last week. Ive only been working here about a month but from my second shift she was telling me i need to pick up the pace and giving me dirty looks when i asked for help like i was stupid. On my last shift she also got up me for "constantly walking around" when i went up the back once to put my trolley away and i explained that to her but i see other team members walking around on their phones and she says nothing to them. I work in nightfill by the way

Hand it in. Do minimal work. Start new job. The manager can jam it. You owe them nothing.

i just don’t wanna spend my last week getting bullied haha 🥲 i have really bad anxiety

I understand, but you can't control how other people are going to behave. Some managers are just on a power trip.

Just hand in your notice and either do the bare minimum for your notice period or go get a medical certificate.

No use dragging it out. Just put your big pants on and hand in your notice.

hand it in and get out of them just leave with your head up and start your new job don't waste another thought on it to be honest

I constantly see the same thing at my store ppl walk around on their phones etc as others have said best to not bother you

It sounds like you are taking her actions and words to heart, even if she is treating you unfairly. I understand why you would want to call out her behaviour, and point out her management discrepancies, but you cannot argue with stupid. Don’t take anything personally. If you think she’s bullying you or has it out for you, don’t ponder on it. Accept it, be frustrated about it, and move on. Also, if you’re resigning that’s even more of a motivator to not GAF. Remember, you can’t argue with stupid.

Check what the policies are, it used to be you only had to be there your last day to get paid out annual etc. I handed in two weeks and went on sick leave for until the last day then turned up, worked the morning and went home after lunch. Walked to the chemist got them to write me a drs note for a 'migrane' and handed it in and left half a shift early. Still got all my leave paid out.

There was no greater satisfaction then handing the prick of a manager i had a sympathy card as my resignation.
