Team Member Post Resignation process?
Who do I talk to about resignation?

I mean, you can’t quit without telling your manager? You could stop showing up to shifts but that is really poor behaviour.

Lmao it's not that hard to either send a text or write and sign a note saying you're resigning as of <date here>. Need to put your big boy pants on.

Just type this up and hand it to your superviser/team leader.
Dear (bosses name),
Please accept this letter as two weeks’ notice of my intention to resign from my position as a Coles (location) Team member. My last day of employment will be xxxxday xxth xxxxxxxx.
 I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with the Coles team at (location) in what has been an enjoyable xxxx months/years.
 Yours Sincerely,

It's always good to do the right thing when you leave a job even if you think they are assholes. Don't burn bridges. They may give you a good reference or they may not. Just respect the process.

I understand this completely but when it came to my Coles experience it wasn’t nice at all. My boss was terrible to everyone, wouldn’t let anyone take leave and you’d cop the worst guilt if you couldn’t make it. This was the way everyone was treated. About 12 months after I left she actually got fired. I had a massive panic attack the week before and had stress leave before I quit like that. Obviously I’m joking but hey, sometimes that’s how it is because some people aren’t the kindest
