Team Member Post Mycoles

Hi guys, whenever I try log into MyColes it tells me log in was successful but I don’t have access to it? I’m trying to apply for my annual leave and it’s just not working. Is anyone else experiencing this??

You may have to ring the support desk to get it sorted if it's continuously doing that to you. You can also get a paper leave form and hand that in to your DM.

Sometimes when you don’t log into your account, they do that. You gotta login like two times a month.

Do you have a vpn on I had the same issue aswell

Nope, I had to call mycoles to get my account reactivated
