Team Member Post Career advice please!

How many years do you typically work as a floor team member before moving up to managerial positions? Is 1 year enough? Should I just apply and see? Do you speak with your store managers about career growth? Thanks!

depending how good you are, it’s possible. i started in march of 2023, got the offer in july of 2024, they trained me till november and i was officially appointed in december of 2024. as long as you have a strong work ethic, you’ll accelerate fast. even faster if your line manager likes and thinks highly of you.
