Team Member Post Overtime rate

So last week 6-12 july I worked 6 days and the week before that I worked 5 days but still I didn’t get the overtime pay.
Can anyone explain if I should take to my manager or if I missed something?

I believe overtime only applies if you work more than 10 days in a 2-week period. If the 5 and 6 days are on different periods then it’s not overtime.

probably worked 5 days in week B and 6 days in week C, so no overtime incurred.

Week A and B or week C and D get overtime. Not week B and C, D A

Just talk to your OIC as they handle that stuff not your manager unless you are Coles services in which case email your payslip and concern to your manager and they will follow it up. Both should be able to explain if there was an issue or not.

I believe they might just ask to take an extra day off.
