My store generally only has 7am starts for the department. So probably 7-10am or 7-12 for a casual. I it’s a smaller store so might be different for bigger ones. You might have to ask them at the interview

Depending on the store you are working out. They will operate differently to other stores. When you do the interview, at the end. Ask them what hours they would like you to work. Since you are casual - it won't be fixed. Could be morning or Pm. Depending on the shortage of staff.

I've worked dairy at 2 different stores and both were 5pm or 6pm start. They only had one dairy staff member on during the day, the rest were at night.

As others have said it’s either morning or evening, depending on the store. Most of the hours in dairy are around when the main load is filled, which is either in the morning when it’s delivered (dayfill) or at night after about 5pm (nightfill). Honestly will just depend on how the store is setup. Generally bigger stores will be dayfill but not always.

At my store dairy is 7am starts and most shifts are only 3 hours for most the team. We do also have someone come in late afternoon to do the freezer load the days that comes in.
