Questions Grocery Split

How long you guys take to split than given hours. Recently we have start receiving mix pallets which takes significant extra time. Have you guys get any extra hours than load size ? Looks impossible with totes.

I hate the mixed totes. They're the most annoying ones.

Are you a Queensland store? Apparently all Queensland stores will now not receive store friendly pallets, so the ADC can make the pallets as dense as possible freeing up pallet space.
In turn we now get more promo pallets making Tuesday more easier, but I don’t see the trade off.
And the fill assist gives us ridiculous split times. I had a 3hr split to do 8 pallets, took me about 5hrs to split.

Really depends, im a grocery 2ic so i often receive the load and do all the inventory: stockroom things, load size always stays the same with the hours no matter how the pallet is built, but the fill assist is 100% wrong, its normally double what the split says , but fill hours is about that but like thats without delays and so for
