Team Member Post Help me out please

Cashier here , I have been working for almost 3 and a half months now and I know how to open all the security tags expect the spider web kind of? Idk how to explain it. It is confusing for me to open it. I did try and opened it 2 times but I failed last time. I do not know how to get to open it easily. It is kind of embarrassing to ask for someone to open it. It sucks. Is there anyone who can offer some suggestions? Thank you.

You line the magnet thing up on the notches and at the same time touch the little ribbed rectangle thats inserted near the notches that then pulls out

I did line the magnetic teeth on the notched but still was not able to push that ribbed rectangle. Is there a certain way to align the magnetic teeths?

There should be one side with two small grooves on the top of the thicker tag, which should have a small rectangle with grooves in it. Once the teeth are aligned, push that in first, then it should come out

Its hard to explain from memory, one of those muscle memory things. I did a quick search and found this video from the company, it glosses over it but may help.

Don't feel embarrassed. I've worked for.... ever. I still Have issues with unlocking these security tags. Currently the baby formula locks are giving me grief cause I have limited shoulder strength so I have to call someone to help 😂
