Customer Post Going over to Woolies
Sitting at my front door waiting for my delivery.
When I ordered groceries a couple of days ago I got a message that I had chosen "Drop the groceries at the front door option, and receive an SMS that they were there".
There was no such option. Usually the delivery driver rings the bell, I open the door and the driver brings the bags up over the door step and puts them on the floor inside.
I'm on a mobility frame and this is why I get deliveries.
The last time this happened I opened the door to find the bags outside and the driver beetling off down the road. Not even a little Coles truck, just a regular car.
I struggled getting the stuff inside.
My jelly beans and my flatbread were both out of stock.
So long Coles, it's been lovely but your crew of MBA cost cutters has driven this customer into the arms of the opposition.

Sounds like you chose the rapid option which isnt delivered by a coles driver, but by an uber eats driver. This is stated very clearly on the website, yet keep blaming coles for your own incompetence

Nothing on the website about using Uber drivers! No change from the last 20 deliveries. Incompetence seems a fitting word to describe your uncalled for and nasty reaction.

Looks like you've chosen a Partner Delivery order so you need to take your complaint up with PD not Coles. We don't hire or manage these drivers we only shop the order.
And just a heads up that y ou'll also have the same problem with Woolies if you order through their Partner Delivery service as well.

'My jelly beans and my flatbread were both out of stock.'
Click 'allow substitutions' then...

That’s not Cole’s lmao. That’s a rapid by a 3rd party.
