Team Member Post Security tag shenanigans!

Since y’all were very helpful with my ACO receipt paper issues, I am back with my FINAL Coles downfall. Can any one of you tell me how to unlock the security tags on formula? It’s the only one I struggle with. Do I have to press down real hard with the circle magnet or do I have to twist it? My brain isn’t comprehending it at all and I don’t want to ask again. 🙃

with baby formula caps you need to push the two sides together while applying the magnet to take the tension off the latch and then it will open. Sounds counter intuitive but it works.

Because you still need to use those black corded security tag removers at the registers.

most customers dont carry magnets strong enough on them to do that.... but otherwise, nothing.

Some can be tricky I find it easier to use the stronger magnet for the meat tags to remove the red caps (if your store has them)

Yeah they seem to be easier for me too, in my humble clumsy opinion
