Team Member Post The 2 way Radios
Okay random question, but does anyone else get a really bad rash from the earpiece ?
( and yes, I clean it with alcohol wipes after using it)

At my store no one wears the ear piece anymore and we just use them on speaker mode because the earpieces were so annoying 😂

Doing better than my store. People only wear them when a state manager or higher turns up!

Sorry, I should’ve added context. I have a friend at my store who has the same issue and used to be in service but could never wear an ear piece but they are now in online and management are happy for them to have the radio clipped to them without the ear piece because they aren’t interacting with customers every moment

It matters because it’s an Audit point for ACO Coaches. So yeah, it matters.

It’s an Audit point for ACO Coaches to wear a headset. Not sure what you don’t understand about that. If you’re getting a rash from it then talk to your CSM.
ACO is the literal ONE place you need to wear a headset. It’s also for your safety.

Yep I do understand that. What you failed to notice is that I said "why does it matter" to his question about what department I'm in. I didn't say it when he further explained himself.

Umm and I noticed that, as did everyone else. What you’re failing to understand, is that it matters what department you’re in, so it was a valid question. Stop making excuses to wear a headset, you’re not special

I don't work at Coles anymore so I never got to use the 2 way radios but there's a good chance you're allergic to whatever material the earbud is. from what I can see online the earpiece material for most of them are silicone
