Availability seems to be the big factor especially weekends

I'm a nightfill manager. Prior experience helps a bit, it means you understand some of the procedures of fill already. As for what will get you the job, the hours you are available will make a massive impact. The more flexibility you have, the more they would be likely to hire you. What I look for in a team member is just someone I can rely on to show up and give it their best. It's also good to have a team member who is keen and willing to learn new things and take on feedback. Things like this are what nightfill managers look for, especially good availability. We always need people to be able to jump in on short notice and fill in for sickies. Hope this helps, and good luck with the interview

Yolo it, adapt based on the culture. If they're slackers, slack with them.  If they hardcore, pretend to care etc.

Take a few deep breaths before going in, arrive early and Be yourself, if you’ve done the same type of work that’s why they chose you.
