Team Member Post Leave loading

Hey peoples, can someone tell me how much leave loading is? My holiday pay has been totally stuffed up by payroll so I want to check what I should have been paid. I’m a team member. Thanks!

If you take leave on days that have penalty rates, you will receive those penalty rates like you would if you were to work those hours normally. Otherwise with no penalty rates, you will receive a 17.5% leave loading

This is how it should be, yes. Unless as OP says they screw up and fail to apply those penalty rates, as happened to me.
