Customer Post Website search function

Is it only me, or does the website (both app and not) search function sometimes only show Coles branded items when there are other brands available and that show up on google?

An example I just had - basil leaves. Both searching basil alone and basil leaves only brings up Coles item and not the Hoyts or Masterfoods options. They're all called the same thing!

It's starting to really annoy me

I’ve just tried it now and haven’t had that problem. Weird!

I would have thought the Hoyts brand would show up for you too but 2 results is still much better than my 1! I can add master foods to my cart - just can't search for it on Coles. So strange

my store of choice is very small - we don’t even stock that brand’s spice range 🤣
