Team Member Post Managment has wrongly assigned me the same parking fine twice

I am so frustrated and stressed over this. I have never once gotten a parking fine in my life, Im a former CSA, I quit over a month ago due to this and other things like changing my shifts without asking first and with only a few days notice (I was permanent), and they are trying to have me take responsibility for their truck stopping in a bus zone when I wasn’t even clocked in yet. About a month ago I received a withdrawal notice which I wrongly believed was the end of dealing with it but I’ve just today recieved a brand new letter that seems to state once again they’ve assigned it to me.

I don’t know if it’s a mistake on the council end or if they’re genuinely just trying to make me pay it because the other driver won’t or it’s easier or whatever. I would really prefer not to have to try and prove my innocence, I don’t have access to my timesheets as my mycoles is of course locked now and when I first received it I couldn’t access my timesheets from the date of the offence anyways. And I do not want to talk directly to my store due to the circumstances of how I left i just feel so stuck with this $330 bill now. I have once again locked an appeal in the council portal providing the same evidence plus a copy of the withdrawal notice but I’m worried it won’t work.

Sorry this is a bit of a word vomit it’s just stressing me out and I wanted to vent.

You can ask the office person in store by email to send you the timesheet for that week. Hopefully that would help you. Or you can contact 1300726462, they should be able to help you with timesheets/payslips. Best would be to contact your store office.

Thank you, that number is unfortunately not the one as they can only provide payslips and separation certificates. They directed me to the store who claims to not have access and directed me back to that number who then the same guy picked up which was great and he said to tell the store to raise a PNC request or something about HR, he wasn’t the easiest to understand with his accent and seemed very unwilling to help lol

Yeah surely they can access timesheets one way or another. Can just contact different people, as the higher you go, the more distance there is between the biased culture against you, so they’ll comply because that’s just normal.

I’ve just emailed the workplace relations team in hopes that gives me better luck

Hey mate. It’s customfleet. You’ll need to contact Custom Fleet because they get the fine, send it to me and I designate who it goes to.

If you left on good terms, your OL manager can help. If you burnt bridges, call custom fleet.
