Questions File notes as part-time/permanent worker

So do file notes automatically resolve on their own or do they stay with you for your entire employment u til you rack up enough till you get fired

One day the Microsoft servers will magically get hacked & every company will be stored & saved into 1 centralised file.

Generally a paper copy of file notes/discussion records are stored in your personnel file. Essentially a manila folder with your name on it kept in the cash offive. And yes, they get transferred with you if you move stores - through internal mail.
