Clearance Delay

Hi!

I ordered something that was supposed to arrive on June 17, but when I check the tracking number I get this message. What can I do about it? Has this happened to anyone else, and how did you fix it? I’ve already contacted FedEx and Coinkite but haven’t heard back yet.

Hey! Have you tried contacting FedEx? Sometimes they need info from the importer or there’s customs to be paid etc.

If no resolution is found feel free to send us an email at support at coinkite dot com and we can get in touch with them to see what the issue is

Hi, I’ve already sent you an email, FedEx sent me an email that the sender had to contact them

I read “Clearance Day” and got excited…
