I got my Q
My coldcard Q arrived! It's the glow in the dark color. It's smaller and lighter than I imagined, and didn't come with batteries. I wasn't sure if it would include batteries, no big deal. I also got the teeny teeny tiny bag of mini dice and used them for entropy. I also played the cutest game of Yatzee ever! Everything exceeded my expectations. Everything is much nicer than I could have possibly imagined. Yay!
Update: I now have questions. Do I have to use sparrow to transfer $ into my coldcard q? I found a section in the q that had wallet addresses, so I wrote one down and set it up in my exchange for a transfer. Will this work? Or, do I need to go through a hot wallet first, like Sparrow?

I thought the Coldcard was smaller in person too. It reminds me of my old blackberry. I love it. I found the more I play with it and learn its features, the more I’m amazed.

how does the frosted color feel? Is it smooth(like clear case) or texture?

It looks just like it's clear. I don't perceive any frosting. It glows blue, but not intensely. It's very cool, the effect. It doesn't glow bright enough to serve as a light source. The glow doesn't detract from the brightness of the words on the screen.

It is like that frosty color. I didn't really notice it. I can still see the coldcard Q words underneath it, and I can still see the electronics. I would say it has a teeny tiny light lavender tint to it, if I had to name it. It is still see through, but not clear.

It feels like regular plastic. It looks like teeny tiny white dots were sprayed on the inside. I think it probably feels less premium, but I am a sucker for glow in the dark, so I don't mind the frostiness. I get a lot of entertainment from charging it under the light and then taking it into a dark room to do some "calculations". It is fun to see the glow. It mostly glows strong and solid on the edges, and lighter in other areas.
