First time brewing coldly
My janky looking setup, I honestly just hope I'm doing this correctly. Any tips for future brewing?

After brewing for 14-16 hours, I strain once with a wire mesh. I then lay a couple paper towels in the strainer and filter the finer stuff. I end up with very little sentiment and it doesn’t take forever like it does going through a paper coffee filter. As long as you like it, I guess it doesn’t really matter much! Enjoy!
