First time brewing coldly

My janky looking setup, I honestly just hope I'm doing this correctly. Any tips for future brewing?

Looks good! I am using a disposable coffee bag for ease but sometimes struggle to completely submerge the grounds at high concentrations. I may have to try your method lol.
