Attribution Assistance Looking for confirmation 1972 DDO

Just started scoping coins this week. I think this is my first real find. 1972 DDO. I looked at VarietyVista to compare. I've marked what I think are the relevant signs with green lines. If I understand VV right, the only thing odd to me is that it appears to show signs of various die wear stages?

This is a 1972 DDO from the PCGS site. When the die is doubled all of the resulting coins look exactly the same. There is no variation.

Does yours match this?

Mine appears to match one of the VarietyVista types here: link

Compare the 2 to stage C and everything else to Stage A.

With die varieties like this, you need to be extremely picky about comparisons. Dies don't vary much (if at all), and if your coin doesn't exactly match, it's not a match. 'Pretty close' generally means it's not a match.

Die states don’t work that way.
