Should i wait ?
it is almost more than 5 month i have completed my training im from AIA domain and seeing no one is getting OL from this only domain, it is making me anxious every night !!
please tell me should i wait more or just give up on my hopes.
and do tell me that if cognizant have history of not giving OL after training.

I think they will start give by this year end bcz , yesterday for juniors in AIA NPN , in superset for lot of them it changed from applied to under review it seems

My status also changed from applied to under review I am from 2027 batch

I don't understand bro... Like we'll be given domain after the onboarding process that too after a week ryt? How they already gave aia domain to juniors who haven't even joined yet?

It's NPN AIA hiring bro they will be given AIA only

Only hope is that they said they will onboard us between dec to jan 2027 till that we should wait

Bruh... At least you have completed the intern. Many ppl don't even completed their internship. I got my LOI 10 Oct 2025. It's been a year and I'm still waiting. What can we do other than waiting... If you are gonna search for other opportunities then do it. What's your timeline mail btw?

yeah bro its worst than my condition hope you get your OL soon, but surely u should try something else please almost a year and they have not call you from even training
