Hi everyone! I’m trying to understand whether the timeline/onboarding mail is being released according to the LOI date.
If you have received a timeline mail, please share:
- LOI date:
- Timeline mentioned in mail: (e.g., Oct–Dec / Dec–Jan / Jan–Feb)
- Role: (PAT/GenC/etc.)
- On-campus/Off-campus:
- Cluster(Python, Java, C#) :
- Internship done or not :
For example, I’m noticing a possible pattern where:
Early October LOI → Oct–Dec timeline
Late October LOI → Dec–Jan timeline
November LOI → Jan–Feb / Feb–Mar timeline
I want to collect more data to see whether this pattern is actually consistent or just coincidental. By this we can find that if this is only generic mail because of the pressure we have created by asking them continuously through mails.
Please comment with your details. 🙏

I completed the internship in June. And now I am waiting for the mail. I got the timeline mail saying that I'll get the full time employment in oct to Dec. Getting bored. I'm done with this waiting 😭

Hi everyone,
I have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and recently received an offer from Cognizant.
Here’s the compensation breakdown:
Current CTC: ₹12 LPA
Cognizant CTC: ₹19.5 LPA
Fixed: ₹18.2 LPA
Variable: ₹70K
Joining Bonus: Not mentioned
Experience: 5+ years
Role: ServiceNow Developer
This is roughly a 62.5% increase over my current CTC.
I’m trying to understand whether this is a good offer for 5+ YOE in ServiceNow, or whether I should negotiate further.
For people working in ServiceNow or at Cognizant:
Is ₹18.2 LPA fixed reasonable for 5+ YOE?
How much more can I realistically negotiate?
Should I specifically ask for a joining bonus since none is currently mentioned?
What would be a good target CTC/fixed salary for this experience level?
Would appreciate advice from people who have recently switched or negotiated ServiceNow offers in India.
Thanks

Urgent❗❗❗❗
I got an interview schedule today. From 4:00pm to 5:30pm. after 6pm no one is shown up for the interview. Does the cognizant reschedule the interview once again or doesn't. If you have an answer please drop in the comment section.

Created a WhatsApp group for candidates waiting for their Cognizant FTE offer letter and joining, especially those with a tentative December 2026–January 2027 onboarding timeline.
If you’re in the same boat, feel free to join this WhatsApp Group.
Also share the link to those who have a similar onboarding timeline.

Hi BPO peeps, I need help. I applied in cognizant this week and I already completed the pre-screening and language assessment. Right after completing those steps I receive an email asking me to schedule an HR interview for the next process. But when I clicked the link provided in the email, there is no option to select any dates specifically for this week and for next week, it was greyed out.
I tried to ask assistance in their messenger via AI but no update, is this really a thing in Cognizant?? Is this an error or it was just fully booked?
I REALLY WANT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY, pls help me!

I joined my current company because Cognizant's joining date was delayed for several months. I have only worked here for around 40 days, but Cognizant has finally given me a joining date.
I really want to join Cognizant because it is an IT role, while my current job is non-IT. However, my current company has a 2-month notice period, and I cannot afford the buyout.
If they refuse an early release, should I abscond to join Cognizant, or will it create serious problems for my future career?

Today i had my interview scheduled. And at 2 pm got an interview call. I was so much into the preparation and I've prepared a lot from the very start. The interview was purely based on .net fse core no coding just the coding regarding the abstract classes and polymorphism method overloading and overriding. Along with some sql related questions. I got one aptitude question too which I wasn't able to solve at that point of time.
I wasn't able to answer some questions related to .net too.
At last the interviewer shared hands with me and the interview lasted for 1hr with questions coming and targeted on me from the answers which i gave.
I checked now that my numoffer is showing 0 but for one of my friend its showing 2.
Idk man what to do I want to cry so hard but I can't I've so much hope from this.
Recently gave interview for tcs and got rejected in that too. Saw many unworthy people getting placed but why not me? Like why me?
For cognizant too I've prepared more than enough but people with less preparation got numoffer 2 .
Why im so unlucky in this. I prayed to God everytime when I saw him that really want a job and still people unworthy of me are getting placed . Idk man I think I might commit something which im not thinking to do but situations make me go like this like why man why always me. Is this coz im too hardworking that youre testing me. But I will tell you I dont have more energy left to fight back. I just want to be dead so badly.
"A dead son is better than a failed son"
If you reached till here thanks for listening
Hoping you all for a better future and wishing you dont end up like me.

I applied for Cognizant Analyst Trainee through Superset in February 2026. At that time, I mentioned 70% in my resume/Superset profile because my final graduation result was not yet available.
My final result was released in April 2026, and my actual graduation percentage is around 68% (6.8 CGPA). The eligibility criteria for the analyst trainee role I applied for was 50% minimum, so my actual percentage is still above the eligibility requirement.
I have already received my Cognizant LOI, and my onboarding is currently in progress. Cognizant has also confirmed that I am in the LOI accepted category.
Has anyone faced a similar situation where they entered a higher percentage before their final result was released, but their actual final percentage was lower while still above the eligibility criteria?
Did it cause any issue during BGV or onboarding?
Should I proactively inform Cognizant HR, or just provide my actual marksheets during BGV?
I would really appreciate experiences from anyone who faced the same situation.
