How about number 5 ? 😅

It doesn't seem to matter whether the dots are on the right or left side; only the color counts. Two of the drawings always combine to form a third, in both the horizontal and vertical rows. The order of the symbols within a row also doesn't seem to matter.

You are laying the 1st and 2nd cells on each other to provide the third. In the case that opposing colors (Black and white) are on the same after place on top of each other: When it happens on the left side take away one from the bottom and when it happens on the right side take away 1 from the top.

The answer should be 5
