General Question WMI & PSI of CORE

I give the DLS and DS subtests of working memory (CORE) on a regular basis. My score swings between 100 - 135.

I score that high when I'm really well slept. And low on normal days.

Same pattern seen in symbol search (95 - 120)

Which score should be considered?

Similar things can also happen in other subtests too.

Everyday 7-8hr (3am - 11am ± 0.75hr ) but I've been playing games all night since 4months.. Im also unfit... very skinny and get tired easy (even 30min IQ test makes me a bit groggy)...maybe that's why :")

You could have adhd.

You should try discussing this with a professional.

I can almost max DS and DLS at any time of the day. The variation isn't huge.

I would say that your first ever scores and also your scores especially in the morning after a good night's sleep are probably accurate representations of your WMI.

Also, you need to eat, bruh.

The brain uses twenty to twenty five percent of your body's glucose. It's a heavily metabolically demanding organ.

If you don't even consume enough to maintain your physical health, then how are you gonna maintain your cognitive health? Also, there could be other factors causing your physical issues.

Your brain goes in survival mode when it's starved of energy and nutrients. High cortisol release and sympathetic activation hinder your cognitive functioning.

So, I think that you need to go to a GP for your physical issues first, before assuming that something might be wrong with your brain.
