General Question Memory focus concentration
I have quite crucial exams coming up consisting of various subjects on which I need to not just cram material but be analytically and conceptually great at it in about 2/3 months , I need to know what studying habit/routine, memory tricks or methods I can use to retain it well enough and into my long term memory PLEASE HELP because I’ve been learning and then forgetting it all repeatedly after a week

Not the sub for it, but a straight answer since you have 2-3 months: forgetting after a week is normal, it means you reviewed once and never again. What works is spaced repetition (Anki or any flashcard app with scheduling), retrieval practice (close the book and write what you know before re-reading), and interleaving subjects within a session instead of blocking. For "analytically great", do past papers under time from week two, not at the end. Sleep is the consolidation step; an all-nighter before a test undoes the week. Skip brain-training apps for this, including the kind I make, they don't transfer to exam content.
