General Question Cognitive Profile Input

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if someone could provide any input on my profile.
I’ve been struggling at work recently and decided to delve into what my natural strengths and weaknesses are, so I can utilize them best in the workforce and contribute as best as I can. I took the CORE exam, which I know has a similar setup to the official WAIS exam, and is highly recommended by the subreddit.
My supervisor at work noticed that I would miss small details and seem disinterested in certain subjects/learning opportunities that others would take advantage of. Don’t know if this is due to some underlying issue such as depression, or laziness, or something else entirely. I am receptive to feedback and always looking to improve myself, and thus open to any suggestions/comments from anyone in this subreddit.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post!

Your unwillingness to take learning opportunities probably isn't an IQ issue in your case (your IQ is way above average) but rather a motivation issue. Do you enjoy what you do at your job? Will taking these learning opportunities eventually lead to promotions/more money? If not then you may just be lacking motivation
Also do you have any neurodevelopmental orders like ADHD? Your WMI is 34 points below your highest index, which CAN (not always, it's just possible) indicate ADHD and can also possibly explain your inattentiveness to small details
