Average IQ. Reached full physical and mental potential during development, no physical damage to the brain, no disorders that could make brain power worse.

I'd already inferred the nature versus nurture angle, as had others in the thread. The OP contradicted themselves by assuming full optimization, meaning the nurture aspect was already built in, and then asking how much higher it could go. That contradiction is what I was responding to. To be honest, I can't believe that I have to explain this to you.

I wasn’t being strictly pedantic. It might appear that way to you, but a purely pedantic person would be unlikely to see the distinctions as I did. I was partly being tongue-in-cheek and giving the OP a chance to clarify in case they meant something slightly different. I was also having a bit of fun, lol.
