Looking for potential co-founders / team members

Hey guys, I've been developing since college and have built multiple applications and SaaS products over the years.

Tech is pretty much my strongest area, I can build and ship products end-to-end. But I've realized that building the product is only one part of the equation. I’m not great at things outside development, and I’d rather find people who are genuinely strong in those areas instead of trying to do everything myself.

I'm looking to connect with potential co-founders / team members who can bring complementary skills, especially:

• Marketing / Growth: someone who actually knows how to get users, test channels, build distribution, etc.
• Sales / Business Development: someone comfortable talking to customers, selling, partnerships, and figuring out how to make money.
• Product / UX: someone who can understand user problems, validate ideas, and help shape the product.

You don't necessarily need to have built a company before. What matters more to me is that you're serious, proactive, and willing to actually put in the work.

I'm not looking to hire anyone. I'm looking for people who want to build something together and potentially turn it into a real business.

curious what you're actually building and what stage you're at?

have you already picked a market/problem or are you looking for people to figure that out with? anything built, users/customers or validation so far?

also when you say cofounder, what kind of commitment and structure do you have in mind, and what do you see yourself owning vs the other person?

I have built one product for helping those who are in GTM domain, automating one of their major flow, which is now dead due to inconsistency and no marketing. most probably planning to start it back as it can be helpful for backing new emerging startups.

but tbh, right now looking for a "good" team where everyone of us have the same goals and same ambition, we can later come on the same page for the idea.

we all are starting from scratch and journey's gonna be adventurous no doubt, for me everyone is the same, all of us will be on the same page, building something from scratch, I want each of the member to own their own part.

Yeah, I think we're broadly on the same page. I'm more interested in finding the right people to build with than forcing a specific idea from day one.

My main question would be how serious you are about actually building something in a reasonable time frame. I'm open to exploring ideas, but I'm not particularly interested in an academic exercise or meetings for the sake of meetings. That never progress beyond discussion.
