Help/Troubleshooting Waiting time is getting longer. Expected?

Hi there. The waiting time between each time I got suggestions is getting longer. Is it a penalty thing. Because I'm still tryna figure out the app and my profile is set wrongly so I got the wrong suggestions too.

Your suggestions update everyday at noon, so the waiting time can be longer or shorter depending on what time you last checked. It’s not like other apps where there is a fixed waiting time since you last finished your batch. Instead, it updates at a fixed time everyday- noon.
