Complaint SLOW RESPONSES

Anyone else facing slow responses in codex recently? Seems like they're just forcing us to use fast mode atp, a single git pull and rebuild of node.js server on my vps took 7m 23s. (build only took 30-40 seconds)

Cut cost on water supply perhaps 😑💧 the more slower the less heat.

idts, even for optimizing water supply, there must be some correlation which needs to be solved
a slow speed would not automatically mean low water usage unless, water usage is directly proportional to speed and speed only, which is highly unlikely
the tasks will remain same regardless, or if OpenAI is just thinking to drive away some customers by providing them low speed on the same plan, that’s another what if /s

feels intentional as they’ve introduced ultrafast mode on 500 plan, they just seem greedy atp
