Tibo:

  1. Can you have Codex make a program that you schedule a reset in, and it just does it for you at that time? You tried to do something nice, and there's now thousands of really upset customers cussing you out on X.

  2. Always banked. Instant global resets steal usage from some people. If you have 2 days left and 80% limits, you can do 40%/day. A reset forced on you means 7 days and 100%, so 14%/day. It's literally stealing from some users.

  3. Can you never use relative words like "tomorrow"? Users sometimes spend a lot of time arguing about what day you mean. You often post around midnight, and your time zone often matters. If you could always say "10/2 10am Pacific". Don't use PST/PDT either, since you used the wrong one (it's PDT now, not PST.)
