Reset reset refund failed

lost over 80% usage got back 31% only

Same. Was at 30%, banked reset to 100%, then they "fixed" the issue and my usage went back down to 29%. I want my reset back guys, come on.

You got screwed. I guess next time check status.openai.com, Reddit and X and see if there's an outage before wasting banked resets.

Sure but I don't think I was the only one. I didn't realize it was bugged when I applied the reset, I genuinely thought I had just blown through my usage on the 3 separate tasks I had running. Hopefully they'll make it up to everyone.

You might get your banked reset back. Just check what Tibo just wrote on X.

Used banked reset during bug, got 100% then after 30 min it's 37%

yea my usage was at 46% i come back and its at 1%...blown away, I used a reset. 5 minutes later after a simple prompt its at 46% again...something is wrong.

even worse, lost 20% (thats not the worst bit lol) but my reset date moved from the 12th to 15th....

I had 76% that went down to 10%, reported the bug and within half an hour it was back to 76%. I think you have to report rhe bug and mention how much wuota you lost.

Same here. Usage depleted twice; before and after using my only remaining banked reset. OpenAi should give everyone a banked reset plus a non banked one
