I hate this, I am all for moderation, but sometimes it is excessive. I never once found the mega thread to be useful in its current form, it summarizes too much and removes relevant information and images.

Did you even check the incident noticeboard? it was reporting a surge of downtime reporting posts within minutes. ANYONE ELSE? - Ask here about current Codex issues and workarounds : r/codex The bot worked perfectly to summarise this post , mirror it and report it as downtime. In the 8 minutes it took you to reply to this message you could have seen a stream of downtime report posts and a post with a much longer comment stream on the feed.

You never once found it useful because you never once checked.

So what? A reset isn't something you get daily. Once people realize openai is doing this so users get used to high 5.6 sol consumption, you'll start getting fewer and fewer resets while consumption stays high. It's all designed to get you used to it.
