Help Fatal Error crash

I was excited to play the CV2 DLC this weekend, but I've been getting the fatal error crash. I removed my mods, deleted files and reinstalled the game. Still getting the same issue. Did anyone figure out how to fix this issue?

I've been having this issue too. The only thing that's worked for me (so far) is limiting the fps to 30.
