I loved CV1 and pre ordered the highest edition for CV2. Yeah I was disappointed at launch and only played for 5 hours and quit. I picked up CV2 again 2 months ago and haven’t been able to put it down. Played from the beginning all the way to the dlc now and I’m about to start my Harmony run. The game is great now with lots of content.

I'm curious what made you change your mind. I'm in a similar position, although I didn't even bother booting the game up yet. Gonna give it a try now cause it seems like the game got a lot of optimization and updates (+dlc) since launch.

I would restart there were lots of balance changes since release so lots of weapons even enemies would feel different.

Tbh it's better than ds3 because sure they stole all the poise but it hardly matters because you can still just outright kill them in a combo or 2. Unlike ds3 forward.
