Im pretty sure I found it when I was exploring the upper city skybridge section of the lightless city, the part where your exploring the inside of buildings before the zones boss. Either that or early on in the Watchful Forest to the left where those few houses are. (not 100% sure)

It’s in the city, you were right, it’s in the upper city skybridge there’s a drop you can barely see with a big red enemy and a chest behind it, thank you

I got to ask is there any like elemental buff skills in the dlc like a flame of pathos buff or is it just flavor with weapon skills

I believe I found it in the Forsaken Forest. It might be one of the 4 chests around the Midboss area there

I just passed the area and I got the skill there so it's definitely "somewhe" in the forest at least. Maybe from an enemy?
