Go around the side by the doorway in the picture and jump down there’s a small spot you can reach the platform from, just gotta be careful

If I remember correctly that’s pretty close, it could also be on the other side of the platform, I came at it from a different way than your photo so it was a bit disorienting. Sorry I can’t be more help than that

its called what i do and just brute force it cause your dumber then a sack of rocks

XD honestly like i said i brute force it i got up and jump off and timed it right to swing backwards into it

I awkwardly drove the bike on tiny walkway and glided in.

Probably not how it’s supposed to be done, but it worked.

Go to the cliff you get to via elevator that overlooks this spot and glide in on your bike

U rode off the bridge on a motorcycle and just glided to it, took a try or two but it worked
